  • The CLTECH 100-890 Exam is a 90-minute test that is linked with the Cisco Certified Technician Collaboration certification. The Supporting Cisco Collaboration Devices v1.0 course is designed to assist candidates in preparing for this exam. The certification emphasizes the skills needed for providing on-site support and maintenance for Cisco collaboration endpoints and operating environments. Technicians in this field must be able to recognize different models of Cisco collaboration endpoints, their accessories, cabling, and interfaces. They should also have a good understanding of the Cisco collaboration software and its commonly used components. Accessing and servicing products using the Cisco Command Line Interface (CLI) is also an important aspect of this certification.
  • The 100-490 RSTECH Exam tests a person’s ability to provide support and maintenance for Cisco routers, switches, and operating software in person. It also measures their ability to work effectively with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
  • The 010-151 DCTECH Exam assesses a technician’s proficiency in several areas. These include basic configuration of Cisco NX-OS, and familiarity with Cisco Data Center products and hardware components, with a particular focus on the Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS). The course of study also covers remedial services for Cisco Data Center products, such as hardware replacement, software and configuration backup and restoration, safety and environmental compliance checks, identification of connection types and cable requirements, and basic physical layer troubleshooting. To pass this exam, candidates must possess knowledge and skill in basic Cisco NX-OS configuration, Cisco Data Center products, and hardware components. They must be able to perform remedial services, including software and configuration backup and restoration, safety and environmental compliance checks, identification of connection types and cable requirements, and basic physical layer troubleshooting for Cisco Data Center products.

Upon completion of this course, you will gain proficiency in the fundamentals of Cisco data centre networking, such as SAN, unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) and fibre connectors, the unified computing fabric, and server options. You will also be able to distinguish between different Cisco Unified Computing System (Cisco UCS) component models, Cisco Nexus and MDS switches, accessories, cabling, and interfaces. Furthermore, you will acquire knowledge about the operating modes of Cisco UCS and Cisco Nexus Operating System (Cisco NX-OS) and identify commonly found software. You will also learn how to use the Cisco GUI to connect and service Cisco UCS product components, perform effective field servicing and equipment replacement, as well as troubleshoot the most common issues with Cisco UCS servers.
